Don't know what's going on with the previous review but my experience is excellent. The owner is pretty cool and cared about the customer. The other guy stayed next room to me glad he made the choice as well. Clean, quiet, I'll stay here again.
Great value. The owners and staff are very supportive and helpful. The hotel has a quaint feel, located in the heart of Santa Rosa near shopping and restaurants. The room has nice touches such as snacks, water, and Kureg coffee. Large bathroom. I will definitely be back when I'm in the area.

Comfortable, quiet room. No smoking, no pets. Clean and the manager maybe owner, went out of his way to make our stay as comfortable as possible.
Easy access off the highway. Really nice gentleman at the front desk. The room was perfect...it was set up well, clean, stocked with waters and some snacks. Would absolutely stay again.
A great cozy little hotel. Super clean, all the nice details, like a fridge, iron, hair dryer, complimentary water bottles even protein bars to get you going in the morn! And I have to say that Nick, the manager was super nice and accommodating to my requests. Really great, especially for the price
Single night stay while visiting Santa Rosa. Not fancy but comfortable. Spacious room with basic amenities. The bathroom, while spacious, isn't modern or well appointed. Took a while to get hot water in the shower. Otherwise no complaints, a good, affordable option for a brief stay.
